Everybody sees the beautiful content following a photoshoot, but have you ever wondered how exactly the magic happens? It's time to get the inside scoop of what goes on at an Outback Trading Company photoshoot!
For our Fall 2024 collection photoshoot, our team and models headed to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where they got to spend a wonderful couple of days at Goosewing Ranch. The scenery at the Tetons is just draw dropping, and created the perfect scene for our shoot! Everyone involved had a wonderful time, so lets hear what they have to say!
Some highlights during the trip from our Outback team, including our President Allie King, was getting to drive around on ATVs as the models loped on the horses! Dakota, our designer of the Fall 2024 collection, was in her power place driving and chatting on the walkie talkie when they got separated from the riders for a period of time!
We had a wonderful group of models at this shoot, who all shared some fun memories as well!
Sarah Hoffmann (@sarahthehoff) and Christina Vidal Mitchell (@christinamvidal) favorite memories were loping behind the ATVs, and watching each other lope around on the beautiful horses during team penning, specifically seeing the huge smile on Christina!
Brandon Alexander (@thebrandonalexander) enjoyed staying in wagons and listening to the thunder roar at night and the rain as it hit the canvas. It gave them an idea of what life was like in the old west!
Marcus Emanuel Mitchell (@marcusemitchell) enjoyed fly fishing on the property in the evenings and spending time with everyone. They even caught their own trout that the wonderful chef at Goosewing cooked for dinner!
The list of wonderful memories made goes on and on, and we would like to thank Goosewing Ranch again for their incredible hospitality during our time at their ranch! It takes a village to pull off something like this and we are so grateful to all those who made it happen, including our wonderful photographer who captured all of these beautiful moments, Anvil Film Co (@anvilfilmco), and our other models James Crawford (@jamesvcrawford), Kelly Crawford (@blazn_saddles) and Lottie de Jong (@lottie.dj) !

I have bought 2 canyon land hats. For myself and my wife. I love them. I replaced my filson tin cloth hat that I just flat wore out. I like yours even better. My out door clothes are all wool.im a hunter and I hunt very remote areas.and wool is the only material that will last. I’m looking very hard at your waxed coats. God bless. I like your stuff very much

Photo shoot was beautiful. In the future I think you should consider for a location The Dugout Ranch near Monticello, Utah. Heidi Redd and her two sons are very photogenic and Heidi is an iconic rancher. My husband and I were fortunate to visit her ranch where he took photographs of a roundup and he interviewed her for a book he hoped to have published. She is so inspiring and a perfect model of a beautiful working rancher. Plus the ranch location is breathtakingly beautiful!
